Advancing Kidney Care and Research in Canada

CANN-NET will improve the care and outcomes of patients with kidney disease by:

  • Establishing priorities for new guidelines and knowledge translation activities,
  • Identifying knowledge gaps in kidney disease that can be addressed through randomized trials
  • Translating best evidence into clinical practice guidelines
  • Disseminating evidence in guidelines to health care providers caring for people with kidney disease to improve care and outcomes
  • Facilitating the conduct of new clinical trials in kidney disease through a collaborative network of Nephrology researchers
